Game Jam version released! +source files
Hello! First of all, Thank you for checking out Fractured!
This project was put together by myself in a time span of about 4 or 5 days worth of work.
Due to the lack of time to work in the project along the week, there's at least two things that I want to rebuild when I have more time:
- The controls are a bit quirky, they are based on camera orientation and it was my first time doing that (On top of also doing a 3d project for the first time).
- I want to remove the Cinemachine input controller (in the virtual camera) and make my own, so that the camera would snap to 90º turns and become more easy to control.
If you have any issues controlling the ball, try not to do diagonal moves, in example, the current bug makes it so if you would press W+A (move towards front-right), when you release A, the ball would move in unexpected directions until you tap A with W released, then tap W so that the controls reset.
This project is open source, as requested by the GameDevTV's jam rules, and the source can be found here under a CC-BY-NC 4.0 License (Educational / Non-commercial purposes only).
